One of the hardest things about home brewing is the patience required to allow the beer to fully come together. You spend the time crafting a recipe, brewing, controlling the fermentation, bottling/kegging...it all takes time. then on top of that, you need to WAIT for weeks for proper carbonation and conditioning to occur. it is a weird brand of personal torture to know that a (potnentially) delicious beer is sitting RIGHT THERE...and you can't touch it. and it isn't like I don't have a bunch of other stuff on hand to drink...it is wanting what I can't have!
Fortunately, I think I just worked it out right there. seeing the words, hearing them, and knowing that I have enough homebrew to wait as long as I had intended to...okay dunkleweizen, you are still safe to warm condition for a few more days! and even then, I think I'll only put a couple bottle in the fridge and allow the rest to continue doing their thing. that being the home brew magic
