Wow! Isn't this something? I picked up a Mr Beer kit 10 years ago and yadda yadda I am making my first legit quad, er, Belgian Strong ale. I just had to go big for this occasion, and I certainly hope this ends up being worth it, because it was a messy PITA brew day to tell you guys the truth!

For a 4 gallon batch: 1.091 gravity ~9.3-10% ABV ~ 26 IBU
TASTING NOTES: it's gonna be a hot minute. I am fermenting it for 3-4 weeks, then kegging it and allowing it to mature until this September to celebrate the LBBP's 10 year anniversary.
