I wanted to revisit this beer because it was so enjoyable the first time around. There are a few tweaks (yeast and hops), but the essence is still the same. This is my first time doing an actual whirlpool addition, and it's my most complex dry hop profile to date...so I am looking forward to what these things bring to the final beer. worst case: it's a muddled mess and I have to let it mellow out. best case: umm, it's really good!
