the 1st batch of Smacked Apple is no more, as the keg was kicked last night. It took the wife and I by surprise, and we were honestly a little bummed out that it is gone. it is being made again in the VERY near future, and the only question that remains: should we keg it or try bottling? I would like to try to bottle it...just to see what (if any) difference is perceived. the carb level is the only thing that is a question, and bottle bombs are another potential hazard.
